Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (Nutritional Milk & Supplements), we adhere to strict food safety regulations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unopened, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Opened milk cans cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at 08888 666 99 or email [email protected] with photos of the product. We will arrange for a free replacement immediately.

3. Return Process

Contact our Customer Support via Hotline or Facebook Page to initiate a return.

Our delivery partner will pick up the item from your address (or you can send it to our warehouse).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Method

Since we operate primarily on Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer (ABA Bank) within 3-5 business days after the returned item is inspected.
